On last saturday Antti-Ville played his final show with us as member of the band. 194 shows with this band is quite a lot to say the least. The band keeps moving on, planning some releases, playing shows and writing new music. Right now we are a 4-piece and only time will tell if that is going to change. Imagining a right kind of person to this band is quite hard and I doubt that there even exists that many musicians who'd like to join.

20.10.2010 TAVASTIA 40 v.The most famous rock club in Helsinki just turned 40 and they decided to give awards to upcoming bands. We are honoured to be one of them. The evening was quite epic. Ismo Alanko, Michael Monroe, Paleface, Jenni Vartiainen, free food and drinks. By being in a hardcore punk band you sometimes get into pretty weird situations. This was a nice one. One of the largest finnish music mags - Rumba - gave it 4/5 review. Hcsanomat was the first review and it was 9/10, well see how this goes from now on. The Tuska afterparty show will be free to those have the festival ticket. 26.05.2010We are playing Tuska festival evening club at Tavastia on 4.7.2010 with Final Assault. No new studio videos or anything but the recordings are almost done. Vocals were finished last monday, some leads, feedback and other stuff still needs to be done. 21.04.2010Check out the blog! We had to cancel our show in TVO next friday. Broken rib and singing won't get along very well. Anvils Drop will play there instead of us with Final Assault and Ill Omen. It would have been nice to play in TVO one last time but healing properly is far more important.

It's been quite silent around here, meaning our virtual presence. We've been writing the record and figuring out what to and when and more importantly with who. Sometimes it's a little frustrating to do this band, cause while we believe in our music, no one is still not willing to put out our next record. THTUUR is such a small label that putting out our third album seems to be too big of a commitment. Thinking about record business gets me a bit depressed every now and then but every time I walk into the rehearsal space I tend to forget that stuff, the new songs have that kind of power on me. We now have 10 songs almost finished and waiting to get recorded. Working title is "atonement" and the album will eventually see the light of day this year. One way or another it just will come out.

Lust For Lie 7" is out now! Keep an eye on your local record stores, distros etc. or just send some mail and we'll handle the business. Rise Against show is tomorrow and after that we should be done with the shows this year. Currently finishing the material for the next album.
