This photo was taken in Lutakko where we played with Die Young. I just recently received a message from Mike who played drums in Die Young on that tour: "Awesome man, I'll be sure to check out ur other bands. I really dig your style...shit I guess thats why I enjoyed yall so much cuz of ur drumming. Fuckin badass bro!!" It kinda made my day. -Lauri

I think this is one the best photos taken of our band. If we ever start to
play some The Cure esque pop music, this will be the first shirt design of that era. -S-

Rehearsal space in Turku is also kinda known as the Tour Simulator™, we've slept there so many times this year. -S-
The set list that can be seen in the picture was the one we used in the Meatalliaurinko show in Harjavalta. And although it was huge nobody could actually see it from the wall cause the stage was filled with so much smoke. "What's the next song?" -misery

We had massive conversation before the show and I learned a lot about Toni and Mikko. It was a great night and that conversation set the appropriate mood for a particulary sweaty show. We played a new song (work title: black metal) from the then upcoming 7" and some people sang along even though the demo version of the song had been online only for a couple of days. Amazing. -Lauri

We didn't play that many shows this year, but when i counted how many
we played in finland last year, it was only 3 shows more. So I guess this
was still quite normal year. But I miss touring -S-

Poland Simulator™ in Salo. It's always great to play on shows that break genre barriers, when it's done with style. Asa made me smile that night. Thank you. Toni.

I don't recall any specific story except maybe from this picture. I remember how you said after the show in Salo that hopefully there was something to be heard and recognined from the set cause the sound was kinda mess that evening. Foremost thing I remember from your shows that I've seen this year is the adrenaline rush and the emotions that can be seen when you play your heart out. My mind has been blank afterwards so it has been nice to be able to look at the pictures on the next day. Although it sometimes feels like a drag to be behind the lens, it really has been worth it.
And you may edit this the way you want or just never publish this. Huge thanks to you for the shows and rehearsals I've seen. They've easily been the highlights of my year.

What could I say about Moukari(Sledgehammer)? The man in the middle with the black baseball cap. He's been reliable driver when needed, consumes ridiculous amounts of energy drinks and obviously talks a lot afterwards. Overall good guy! -S-
